If you're interested in selling your home for more money and faster I highly recommend Neil Higgins as your first choice for a Real Estate agent. Rarely do I lend my name or write referral letters but after Neil sold our home for substantially more money than I figured we would list the house for I felt compelled to tell prospective sellers and buyers about Neil.
